Summary:Pep AI stores the protocol and health data you enter so the app can work for you. We don't sell your data. Data related to compounds, doses, and check-ins is yours — you can export or delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

Pep AI is operated by Codanix (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Pep AI iOS app (the "App") and this website.

2. Information we collect

Account information: email address, used for sign-in via one-time passcode.
Protocol data: compounds, doses, schedules, and reconstitution details you enter.
Tracking data: dose logs, daily check-ins, weight, and other outcomes you choose to record.
Device & usage data: app version, device type, crash reports, and product analytics used to improve the App.
Purchase data:subscription status via Apple's App Store and our payments processor. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. How we use your information

To provide core functionality: dose reminders, logging, insights, and the exportable health record PDF.
To maintain and secure your account, including authentication via email OTP.
To send you reminders and product notifications you've enabled.
To understand product usage and improve the App through aggregated analytics.
To diagnose and fix crashes or errors.

4. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties.
We do not provide medical advice, and nothing in the App is reviewed by a clinician on our behalf.
We do not share your protocol or check-in data with advertisers.

5. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers using encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

6. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate Pep AI, including cloud database and authentication hosting, push notification delivery, subscription management, product analytics, and crash reporting. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

7. Your choices and rights

Access & export: export your tracked data as a PDF health record at any time from within the App.
Correction: edit or delete any dose, check-in, or protocol entry directly in the App.
Deletion: request full account and data deletion by contacting us at the email below.
Notifications: manage reminder and push notification preferences in the App or your device settings.

8. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal and health data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Children's privacy

Pep AI is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, through in-app notice.
